Ben "Jamin" Nading
The guy strapped into the cage doing 100mph sideways on purpose. Ben's job is simple: turn left, stay off the wall, and make it look easy. Certified adrenaline junkie with a slight allergy to lifting off the throttle.

Part stats nerd, part fuel calculator, part motivational speaker. Jake tracks every lap like it's a science experiment, keeps the tank full, and is contractually obligated to be the loudest person on pit road when things go right... or wrong.

Spends his weeknights alone in the garage while the rest of us are at our day jobs, making sure every bolt, weld, and setting is exactly how he wants it. Has an opinion on literally everything, chassis setup, tire pressure, what Ben had for breakfast, and he and Ben have never once agreed on a change without a full debate first. Somehow the debate always ends with Bob getting his way.

The man with the gauge. Austin lives and dies by a psi reading and somehow still has the energy to go for a run after a full night of wrenching. If the tires are right, thank Austin. If they're wrong, he already knows and is fixing it before you can ask.

Every race team needs that one guy who somehow manages to keep his cool when everyone else is losing theirs. For Nading Motorsports, that guy is Mike Busch. When the rest of us are arguing about setup changes, blaming the racetrack, looking for a tool that was literally just in our hand, or convinced we need to change everything on the car… Mike is usually standing there quietly wondering how he got involved with this group in the first place. He’s dependable, level-headed, always willing to help, and somehow continues to show up every week.
